I recently setup a publishing imprint, Twenty Third, specialising in matters of "underground" interest (e.g. drugs, squat parties, politics, DIY culture, surreal art, etc.).
We're currently producing zines, comics & pamphlets in both digital & print formats & this will hopefully progress into publishing some full length books (as soon as it's financially viable to do so).
